and then arrange a convenient time for John Todd to come and
visit your property and discuss your requirements. |
| Q | How can I be assured of a quality job? |
| A | John Todd Ltd have an enviable
reputation for extremely high standards of work, that has
been built up over years of working for discerning clients. |
| Q | What cost will be involved? |
| A | Detailed costings are prepared from either the drawings
and specifications prepared by the clients
Architects/Surveyors or alternatively we can take a clients
overall brief and develop a scope of works against which can
be priced. Wherever possible prices are agreed in advance of works being carried out. Alternatively we offer competitive day work rates for smaller variations. Cost reports are issued to clients as a matter of course either fortnightly or monthly basis and detail any additional costs and project savings thereby providing the client with an ongoing running project total. We source the vast majority of our building materials from local merchants/suppliers, all of which offer us sizeable discounts that in this competitive market can be passed on to the benefit of the client. |
| Q | Can I have a look at some of the work you have carried out previously? |
| A | Yes, we have lots of photographs of previous projects
completed. We can also show you some of our work
carried out locally on the Shropshire/Powys border. |
| Q | Do you carry out all associated Electrical works? |
| A | Yes, all electrical work is carried out by an NICEC
electrician, or you can use your own electrician if
required. |
| Q | Do you carry out all associated Plumbing works? |
| A | Yes, all plumbing and heating work is carried out by a fully qualified plumber, or you can use your own plumber if required. |
